• Which methods of delivery do you offer?

We currently offer delivery by DPD courier company or national postal service.

• How long will I have to wait for my order to arrive?

Delivery time varies depending on country of delivery.

• How can I track my orders?

You will receive an e-mail with tracking information after your order was shipped.

• My delivery is missing an item. What should I do?

Web Security & Payments

• Is it safe to shop online at Hairjazz.eu?

We ensure high security of data on our Harmony Life Online Store. All credit and debit card transactions are processed by “Global Collect International Payment Services”, a secure online gateway that will be responsible for holding and handling information related to your payment details.

• What are the payment options?

You can pay with MasterCard, Visa, PayPal and Klarna invoice.

• Is VAT included in the price?

Yes, prices are displayed with included VAT.

Orders

• How do I place an order online?

You can easily place an order following a few steps: 

1. Search, choose and add to the Shopping Cart your favorite Hair Jazz product.

2. Select your payment method to complete your order.

3. You will receive a confirmation e-mail.

• Can I order over the phone?

No, we cannot accept orders over the phone, but our Customer Service will be more than happy to guide you through the order process if you need any help.

• I have not received a confirmation e-mail. What should I do?

First check your spam filter. If you still have not received your confirmation e-mail, please contact our Customer Service info@hairjazz.eu

•    I have received damaged order. What should I do?

If the package was damaged during shipment, you can contact us at: info@hairjazz.eu within 14 working days of receipt of the goods by sending us a photo and the delivery number of the damaged package.

Right of withdrawal

• Can I exercise the right of withdrawal?

You can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from receipt of the goods.

The right of withdrawal is valid only if the products are in their original condition and comply with the original quantity requirements. It is therefore necessary that the products have not been used. Make sure the products are returned in the correct packaging.

Please, send an e-mail to info@hairjazz.eu in order to receive guidelines where to send the products.

Attach a copy of the order confirmation to the returned products. We will thus be able to handle the return and the repayment more quickly.

Once the products have been checked and evaluated, we will proceed with the refund within 14 days.

Returns of used cosmetics are not accepted.

Usage of Products

• I am allergic to a lot of products. Can I use Hair Jazz products?

Before buying a product, make sure you are not allergic to the active ingredients it contains. Hair Jazz products comply with all the safety requirements imposed by the European Union and are certified.

• Can I use Hair Jazz products on oxygenated hair?

HAIR JAZZ is suitable for all hair types. Some HAIR JAZZ products contain alcohol and eggshell extracts, so it may dry out your hair. For this reason, we recommend using Hair Jazz shampoo, lotion and ampoules only on the roots. Do not forget to apply hair conditioner, mask, leave-in cream and serum for dry hair.

• What happens if I stop using the product? Do I run the risk of losing my hair?

If you stop using HAIR JAZZ, your hair will begin to grow normally within a couple of weeks. HAIR JAZZ does not stimulate hair loss.

• Does Hair Jazz also affect facial or body hair?

HAIR JAZZ has no effect on facial or body hair for the following reasons:

a) HAIR JAZZ shampoo and lotion must act on the hair for 2 minutes to be effective.

b) The hair on the face and body has a limited length (the growth of the hair on the hands, legs and face is genetically determined).

• Can I use HAIR JAZZ on sensitive skin or if I suffer from psoriasis?

For sensitive skin we recommend consulting a dermatologist showing the list of active ingredients.

We do not recommend the use of HAIR JAZZ for people with psoriasis.

• Can I use, in combination, conditioner and mask that I usually use?

Yes, you can use your conditioner or mask as you usually do. However, avoid applying the products on the roots and on the skin.

• Can pregnant women use HAIR JAZZ?

Yes, HAIR JAZZ can be used both during pregnancy and lactation.

Please, read the active ingredients carefully and ask your doctor for advice before buying.

• Can HAIR JAZZ also be used by children (for example a 6-year-old girl)?

In case of real necessity, HAIR JAZZ can also be used by children from 12 years of age. However, our company is convinced that we should favour specific shampoos for children. HAIR JAZZ is a product intended for adults.

• Can I use HAIR JAZZ on dyed hair?

Yes, HAIR JAZZ can be used on dyed hair. In this case, however, the colour may last less. HAIR JAZZ was not developed with the aim of preserving the colour.

• Can shampoo and lotion be used individually?

For best results, we recommend using both shampoo and lotion. However, satisfactory results are also obtained by using them separately.

• How I should use Hair Jazz products?

We recommend applying a small amount of HAIR JAZZ shampoo to the scalp every 2-3 days. HAIR JAZZ shampoo should be applied exclusively to the skin (hair roots). Lather and massage the skin with your fingertips, without rubbing. Leave for 3-4 minutes, then rinse with warm water. It is important to wash only the skin as HAIR JAZZ must reach the hair follicles. The tips are not as dirty as the roots. Just use the HAIR JAZZ shampoo on the roots and wash the tips with running water.

On hair length apply hair conditioner or/and mask. If you want to wash your hair every day, you can also use other products to your liking.

Once the Hair Jazz shampoo is applied together with the conditioner, mask in the area towards the tips, dry the hair with the towel. Apply Hair Jazz serum on the tips. Then spray the lotion directly on the wet skin and gently massage for 1-2 minutes. DO NOT RINSE!
